1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or posting content on GHList, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations of Ghana, and local standards of conduct.

2. Nature of the Platform

GHList serves strictly as a digital classifieds directory and matchmaking venue connecting buyers, sellers, employers, and independent service providers (such as plumbers, electricians, mechanics, and freelancers).

No Intermediation: GHList is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or contract executed between users. We do not inspect goods, warrant artisan qualifications, guarantee transaction completion, or hold funds in escrow unless explicitly specified under future verified features.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Accurate Information: All listings, pricing quotes, and service descriptions must be truthful and representative of actual offerings.
• Prohibited Items & Content: You may not post illegal narcotics, stolen goods, unregistered weapons, counterfeit money, fraudulent investment schemes, exploitative content, or services prohibited by the laws of Ghana.
• Safety & Compliance: You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, qualifications, and trustworthiness of any party you engage through GHList.

4. Community Moderation & Flags

Users have the right to flag misleading, spammy, or fraudulent listings. GHList administrators reserve the right to remove any post, suspend accounts, or ban phone numbers associated with suspicious or predatory behavior without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GHList be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any transaction, job dispute, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss incurred through connections made on the platform.
